This Hot Fix is applicable to Mail Warden Pro build 6.3.0.17. You can check for this build by going to C:\WINNT\System32 or C:\Windows\System32 and looking for the file asapsdk.dll. If this file is present you may apply the Hot Fix. If this file is not present you must upgrade to Mail Warden Pro 6.3.0.17 then apply the hotfix. MWP 6.3.0.17 is the only MWP build available for download beginning Nov. 02, 2006. Upgrade documentation can be found at http://www.seattlelab.com/products/mailwardenpro/docs.asp.
The purpose of the Hot Fix is to improve performance in the GSC (Intelligent Anti-spam) database. The download includes the files READ_ME_FIRST.txt, asapsdk.dll, and MWPHF-11012006.reg. |
